Digital Products & Online Courses
- All courses, subscriptions, and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted
- This includes recorded classes, live programs, memberships, and downloadable materials
Free Trials
- If a free trial is offered, users may cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged
- Once the trial ends and payment is processed, the purchase becomes non-refundable
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical issues that permanently prevent access and cannot be resolved
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Madinah Student Life.
Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
